As a very active church, we seek to connect to our local community in everything we do, helping to play our part in transforming the lives of everyone in Yateley. To ensure we do that in authentic, relevant ways, people give willingly of their time, skills and money.

For each of the many activities that we run, members of the church who hold that area dear to their heart give freely of their time and talents. Without them, we would be unable to offer children’s groups, our youth church, the ladies’ and men’s activities, our homegroups and the fellowship groups for the elderly and lonely, to name just a few.

In addition to volunteers’ time, our church is dependent totally on voluntary financial donations. Weekly collections are taken in the church services, and many people also gift-aid regular monthly or weekly giving.

Whilst that helps us to provide the established activities, we are limited in the role we can play in our community by the income that we receive. This page offers additional ways in which you can give your financial support to the work of St Peter’s in Yateley.

St Peter’s Church, Yateley, is being invited to step out as one, in faithful determination to seize the God-given opportunity that the year 2017 presents. That includes a building project that still requires finance; it includes a church community that requires an increase in regular income to balance its books; it also includes finding gifted people with servant hearts to work in new areas of ministry. And all of this requires a church community that will speak out and live out the prayer, “your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”

Check below for the various ways you can help our vision become a reality, including a Gift Aid form to give your donations extra power.

If you use the Parish Giving Scheme, you will inflation-proof your giving, maximising the church’s cash-flow and minimising the administration. This will free up St Peter’s Church to focus on other important priorities.
